Jas Fashion Charity Initiatives

At Jas Fashion, our charity work reflects our mission to bring comfort, dignity, and confidence to women experiencing hair loss. We work closely with hospitals, community organisations, and cancer support groups across Australia to ensure help reaches those who need it most.

Donations to Hospitals & Wig Libraries

We regularly donate new and pre-loved headwear to frontline support services including:

• Hospital wig libraries
• Oncology and breast cancer units
• Community health clinics
• Alopecia support organisations such as AAAF

These donations provide immediate comfort for women who may not have access to suitable headwear.

Supporting Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) and Cancer Support Organisations

Jas Fashion proudly supports the Cancer Patients Foundation’s Look Good Feel Better program. We contribute to their workshops by donating $1 from every order, helping women access comfortable and stylish headwear during treatment. LGFB recognised our ongoing commitment with the Partner Award 2024.

In addition to LGFB, we also donate funds and goods to major cancer-related and community support organisations, including:

Matched Donation Program and The Giving Collection

We match customer donations item-for-item. When a customer donates a cancer-related headwear piece, Jas Fashion donates another, doubling the support delivered to the community.

Customers may also choose to obtain a donated item directly from The Giving Collection by placing an order, and Jas Fashion automatically contributes by offering a discount on these charity-supported items.

Donate Instead of Return Program

Customers with unsuitable items may choose to donate them directly to a Jas-Fashion-approved charity, wig library, or oncology unit. Once proof of donation is provided, we issue a full or partial refund. This program transforms returns into meaningful contributions for women in need.

Pre-Loved and Customer-Contributed Donations

We carefully prepare and donate pre-loved items when appropriate, ensuring they meet quality and hygiene standards. These pieces offer comfort to women who may be experiencing financial or emotional challenges during their treatment journey.

Community Awareness and Referral Support

Many women find Jas Fashion through referrals from nurses, hospitals, wig libraries, and support groups. We continually share resources and information with these partners to ensure women are aware of the headwear support available to them.

Volunteer Support for Fitting Sessions

Our team and volunteers assist in fitting sessions at clinics and community venues, helping women select styles that suit their comfort, confidence, and individual needs.

Volunteer-Made Hats as Gifts

A small group of dedicated volunteers sew handmade hats that we gift to selected customers. These thoughtful items are given especially to women going through difficult times, offering encouragement and a reminder that they are supported by a caring community.
