Hat Sizing


  • All our hats are designed to reflect the size versatility of our Australian population. Most of our hats are made of stretchy material such as jersey fabrics or spandex added fabrics, or they are size adjustable. Some times if a hat is fitted, we will provide different size options.

    If your head is smaller than 53cm/20.8in or larger than 58cm/22.8in, please use our product size filter which can be accessed on a category page.

  • We have detailed sizing description for each product, and you can find the exact hat sizing information under the Sizing tab on each product page. Please measure your head size to ensure an ultimate fit.

    In our Head and Hat Size Guide, you can find out what is your general head size range, which helps you to choose your right hat size.

  • Yes and no. 

    • If your order is urgent, please place your order online and send us a request for immediate store pick-up. The request can be sent to us by replying to your order confirmation which is automatically sent to you a few minutes after you place your order. Make sure you check your spam mailbox too. 
    • We accept visitors by appointment only.  Please send your request to: Support@JasFashion.com.au   

Payment


  • Yes. Payment must be made at checkout page immdediately. We do not provide "Buy now, pay later" or other installment service currently.

  • Yes, we do. You can pay by Paypal or credit card. You can choose your payment method on the checkout page.

  • Yes, you can! 

    To use your store credit or your loyalty points to pay for your order, you MUST log in so that the system knows who you are. 

    If you placed your order as a guest customer previously, you can generate a password from the following Sign-in Page. Enter your email address and click on "Forgot Your Password", the system will generate a password for you and the password will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. 

    A password is case sensitive!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?


  • Shopping online is very easy and it's very easy even when you are computer illiterate. As long as you have a smartphone and an email address, you are set.  Jas Fashion online store's design is very user friendly.  Please follow our step-by-step guide, and we will become a master of online shopping in a few minutes.  If you still can not place your order yourself, please give us a call, and we can take you through over the phone.  Leave a message on (02)9749 4538 , and when we finish packing the urgent orders for other customers, we will come back to you. All you need is your patience and an attitude to learn.

  • Yes, you can. 

    Jas Fashion is wholesaler but this store is for individual customers. You can purchase as many items as you like. You can still check out even with one small item. 

     

Shipping


  • For anyone with an Australian delivery address, postage costs $6.95 per order for standard parcel mail with tracking and if your order total is over $100, we offer free postage for standard service.   Order as many items as you want and it is only $6.95 per order or your postage is automatically waved if your order total is over $100. 

  • Jas Fashion processes each order promptly, usually within 1 working day after the payment is received. If an order is received by midday on a working day, we always try to send your order out the same day (except each first working day of the week or during busy seasons such as Christmas time etc.).  If your order is very urgent, please send us a reminder after you have received your order confirmation. We can always try to prioritize your order. 

    It is recommended that you choose Express Post Service if your order is very urgent, especially during busy seasons, to avoid delivery delay in transit. 

    If you select Standard Shipping Service, 80-90% of orders can be received within the following timeframe after your parcel is dispatched:

    International Shipping Destinations

    Deliverded in 3-10 business days after your parcel is dispatched.*  

    *Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes times in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our shipping comppanies such as Australia Post’s control. 

    The delivery dates are estimates only. Most of our courier companies, such as Australia Post provides a reliable national and international service.  Delivery delays can occur due to factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times.  

    If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please feel free to contact us, and we will follow your parcel for you.

  • Every order will come with a tracking number. As soon as a parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically forwarded to your email account.
