Can I visit Jas Fashion's Sydney Store and Warehouse?


  • Yes, Jas Fashion offers an online order Click and Collect service from our Sydney store.

    How It Works:

    • Place Your Order Online: Browse our online store and add your desired items to your cart.
    • Select Store Pickup: When you proceed to checkout, please select the "Store Pickup" option as your shipping method.
    • Order Processing: Typically, we process orders within one working day. Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll send you a notification email with all necessary details, including parking instructions.
    • Request Immediate Pickup: After placing your order, reply to the order confirmation email (which you’ll receive within minutes) to request immediate store pickup. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

    Pickup Details:

    • Warehouse Address: Factory 9 / 4A Bachell Ave, Lidcombe, NSW 2141.
    • Parking: Please follow the parking instructions provided in the pickup notification to ensure you don't disturb our neighboring businesses.
    • Business Hours: Make sure to arrive during our business hours. If you need to pick up outside of these hours, please reply to the pickup notification to arrange a suitable time.

  • We offer private fitting sessions for chemo headwear by appointment. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

    To schedule a fitting, please fill out our online Fitting Request Form, and we'll contact you to confirm the appointment. These sessions typically last 30 minutes to one hour, ensuring we find the perfect headcovers for you. Alternatively, you can call us at 02-97494538 and leave a message, or email your request to Support@JasFashion.com.au  .

    Please Note:

    We operate in an industrial factory complex and do not have a display area for all our items. The best way to view our full range is through our online store.

How Do I know Which Hat Size Fits Me?


  • We have a detailed sizing description page for each product, and you can find the exact hat sizing information under the Sizing tab on each product page. Please measure your head size to ensure an ultimate fit.

    In our Head and Hat Size Guide, you can find out what is your general head size range, which helps you to choose your right hat size.

  • You can measure your head circumstances with a measuring tape. Please refer to our HEAD AND HAT SIZE GUIDE blog for more information about head and hat size.

  • All our hats are designed to reflect the size versatility of our Australian population. Most of our hats are made of stretchy material such as jersey fabrics or spandex added fabrics, or they are size adjustable. Some times if a hat is fitted, we will provide different size options.

    If your head is smaller than 53cm/20.8in or larger than 58cm/22.8in, please use our product size filter which can be accessed on a category page.

Jas Fashion Headwear Materials and Style Tips


  • Our chemo headwear is made from various materials, each with its own benefits:

    Bamboo Viscose: Known for its comfort and size flexibility, bamboo viscose offers features that other materials cannot match. It is soft, breathable, and adjusts well to different head sizes.

    Cotton: A good alternative that is budget-friendly, though it may not be as soft or size-flexible as bamboo viscose.

    Polyester: We stock polyester-based headwear as well. These are tested to ensure they are suitable for bald heads and are a cost-effective option for those on a tight budget.

  • I Am Not in NSW, Where Else Can I See Jas Fashion Chemo Headwear Samples?

    If you're in NSW, we invite you to schedule a private fitting session at our Sydney workshop by completing the Fitting Session Request Form here.

    For those unable to visit us, we can send samples to your nearest Wig Library. Many hospitals offer wig fitting services, and if your local wig library doesn't currently carry Jas Fashion headcovers, you can either provide us with their contact details or ask them to reach out to us directly.

  • Hat Fitting and Styling Based on Face Shapes

    1. Face Shapes and Headcover Styles:

    Elongated Face:

    Description: An elongated face has a greater vertical length from forehead to chin relative to its width, creating a more stretched appearance.
    Recommended Hat Styles: To balance the length, avoid headcovers that add more height, such as tall or high-crown hats. Instead, opt for turbans or scarves that add width on both sides of the face. These styles can help create a more balanced and proportional look by emphasizing horizontal lines.

    Medium to Elongated Faces:

    Description: Faces with a balanced vertical and horizontal length, often versatile for various hat styles.

    Jas Fashion is wholesaler but this store is for individual customers. You can purchase as many items as you like. You can still check out even with one small item.

  • Yes. Payment must be made at checkout page immdediately. We do not provide "Buy now, pay later" or other installment service currently.

  • Yes, we do. You can pay by Paypal or credit card. You can choose your payment method on the checkout page.

  • Yes, you can! 

    To use your store credit or your loyalty points to pay for your order, you MUST log in so that the system knows who you are. 

    If you placed your order as a guest customer previously, you can generate a password from the following Sign-in Page. Enter your email address and click on "Forgot Your Password", the system will generate a password for you and the password will be sent to your email address within a few minutes. 

    A password is case sensitive!

Shipping


  • For anyone with an Australian delivery address, postage costs a flat rate per order for standard parcel mail with tracking.

    If your order total exceeds a specified threshold, we offer free postage for the standard service.

    Order as many items as you want and pay a flat rate per order, or enjoy free postage if your order total exceeds the threshold.

    At the checkout page, once you enter your postcode, you can calculate the shipping cost and see all available shipping options and their costs. Please note that shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are subject to change on an annual basis.

  • Jas Fashion processes each order promptly, usually within 1 working day after the payment is received. If an order is received by midday on a working day, we always try to send your order out the same day (except each first working day of the week or during busy seasons such as Christmas time etc.).  If your order is very urgent, please send us a reminder after you have received your order confirmation. We can always try to prioritize your order. 

    It is recommended that you choose Express Post Service if your order is very urgent, especially during busy seasons, to avoid delivery delay in transit. 

    If you select Standard Shipping Service, 80-90% of orders can be received within the following timeframe after your parcel is dispatched:

    *Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes times in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our shipping comppanies such as Australia Post’s control. 

    The delivery dates are estimates only. Most of our courier companies, such as Australia Post provides a reliable national and international service.  Delivery delays can occur due to factors such as public holidays, pandemic lockdowns, and peak delivery times.  

    If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please feel free to contact us, and we will follow your parcel for you.
