Shipping and Handling Costs

 

For Retail customers with Australian delivery addresses

Flat Shipping Rate

We offer a flat shipping rate for all retail orders delivered within Australia. This includes standard parcel delivery with tracking. The current rate will be shown at checkout.
Please note: This promotional flat shipping rate does not apply to PO Box addresses or to very bulky or heavy products.

Promotional Free Shipping – Retail Customers Only

Retail customers can enjoy free standard shipping when their order total exceeds the advertised minimum spend.
Order as many items as you like—postage will be automatically waived at checkout once your cart reaches the qualifying amount.

Please note: This promotional offer does not apply to PO Box addresses and may exclude very bulky or heavy items.

Shipping Fee Acknowledgement and Rate Recalculation Notice

By submitting your order on our website, you agree to be charged for the total cost of your purchase, including applicable shipping and handling fees.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the real-time cubic weight of your order using our Real-Time Shipping Rates Calculation module. If this module is temporarily unavailable (e.g. due to system maintenance), your shipping fee will be recalculated once the system is operational again. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the updated shipping cost before proceeding.

Shipping Addresses

Our couriers may not ship to PO Boxes. Jas Fashion has the right to cancel an order with no valid address or an address that doesn't match your credit card billing address. 

Shipping Addresses for Orders Paid via PayPal

If an order is paid via PayPal. The shipping address by default will be the shipping address saved on your PayPal account. While PayPal orders can be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address, the address you’d like to use must already be saved in your PayPal account before purchase.

Combined Orders & Store Credit

Our system usually automatically combines multiple orders if they are placed close together and processed within the same shipping batch.
If this happens, and the saved postage is over $3, we will issue the difference to you as store credit.

If you do not wish for your orders to be combined, please inform us as soon as you place the orders, so we can arrange separate shipments before processing begins.

International Buyers

For international buyers, your international package will include a Customs Form with the item description. The price you pay is the value I will list on the form. You are responsible for any tariffs/fees associated with international shipping.  Upon submitting your order on our website, you have agreed for us to charge you your purchase as well as the shipping and handling costs.

Delivery Time & Tracking

All orders are processed in a timely manner usually within 1 working day.

You will be updated by e-mail as to your order's progress.

To track the progress of your order online please go to your account and select the order you wish to track.

To ensure the safe delivery of parcels, unless we receive delivery instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place, all parcels are required for delivery signatures by default.

Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2 - 5 working days for most addresses if you select standard shipping service. Customers will receive an order confirmation and shipment status via emails.  All parcels will be shipped with a tracking number.

You may also select Express Post to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible. By default, Jas Fashion will ship your Express Post parcel on the next business day. Once an Express Post Parcel is dispatched, it can be delivered the 2nd business day for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Note: 2nd business day Express Post service is only available for delivery to addresses in Australia however not all areas are covered by Australia Post's Express Post Delivery Network. Where your address is outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their "Next Day Guarantee".

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company or contact us so that we can follow it up for you.

Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.

Late delivery, Damage or Loss in Transit  

All items sent via Australia Post or other freight companies are carefully addressed and packed. If your ordered goods are out of stock, we can usually process your refund within 1-3 working days.

Jas Fashion uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from our warehouse at Lidcombe NSW to our customers with the intention that they arrive in good conditions.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, Jas Fashion will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post Office or the freight companies on your behalf. Jas Fashion can provide replacements or a refund.  If a parcel is delayed due to unpredictable causes, please contact us and we will gladly have the goods back and issue you a full refund.

Damages in transit must be reported to Jas Fashion within 14 days of delivery. Loss in transit must be reported within 30 days (60 days for international parcels) from shipping.

RTS / Return to sender parcels

If a parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer's error, such as an invalid address or a parcel was not claimed by the buyer in a timely manner, the buyer is responsible for the extra cost for returning the parcel ($11 for a domestic parcel and $20 for an international parcel), as each parcel that is ‘return to sender’ will incur a fee that is charged to us by Australia Post or other courier companies. The "return to sender charge" will be deducted from the refund/store credit for that returned order and the original shipping fees are not refundable.

Buyers will have to pay postage for resending the returned undelivered parcels, if buyers request the returned parcels to be resent to them.
