Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale customers of Jas Fashion. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following:

Status of Wholesale Customer

  • If no order is placed within the first two weeks of account approval, your account will revert to Retail Customer status.
  • Accounts are reviewed annually. To maintain Wholesale Customer status, at least one order must be placed every six months.
  • Jas Fashion reserves the right to suspend or cancel wholesale status at any time.

Payment

  • All wholesale sales within Australia are subject to 10% GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be fully received and cleared before shipment.
  • All sales are final: no exchanges or refunds.
  • Deposits are non-refundable under any cancellation circumstances.

Wholesale Conditions of Goods

  • All wholesale items are sold in their original factory condition and packaging.
  • Under standard wholesale terms, Jas Fashion does not conduct individual quality checks prior to dispatch.
  • Optional Inspection Service (30% fee)
    • On request, we can inspect each item prior to dispatch for an additional 30% of the product wholesale value.
    • If you wish to use this service, please contact Jas Fashion before making payment. The inspection fee must be paid immediately in a separate transaction to confirm the service and not refundable.
    • If the special Inspection Service is not purchased, returns remain subject to standard wholesale terms (see “Return Policy”).
    • If the special Inspection Service is purchased and an inspected product is later found to be faulty, Jas Fashion will cover the cost of return postage and provide a replacement or exchange in line with our Retail Customer Terms & Conditions -- Returns must be for items that are unused, in original packaging (where possible), with all tags/labels intact.

Shipping

  • We are Sydney-based, and all prices are quoted FOB Lidcombe, NSW (“Free On Board” means the buyer arranges freight from our warehouse).
  • Wholesale customers are responsible for arranging their own courier pickup unless otherwise agreed.
  • If you prefer Jas Fashion to arrange shipping, postage is estimated and pre-charged at checkout. After dispatch, if actual postage differs by more than $5 from the estimate, we will adjust your account via credit or surcharge.

Return Policy (Wholesale Customers)

  • All wholesale and bulk sales are final; cancellations, refunds, and returns are not accepted.
  • Report any faulty items within 10 working days of receipt to arrange a replacement or credit.
  • If goods can be repaired or sold at reduced value, a partial store credit may be offered.
  • Otherwise, return faulty items to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the Optional Inspection Service was purchased.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Quantity Discrepancies

  1. Return items to their original packaging upon discovery of a discrepancy.
  2. Provide photographic or video evidence showing the incorrect quantity received.

Failure to follow these steps may delay resolution or limit available remedies.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
  • Unused store credit will expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Jas Fashion is not liable for legal disputes arising from unauthorised use of images.
