Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Status of Wholesale Customer:

If no order is received within the first two weeks, your account will be moved back to the Retail Customer Category. Accounts will be reviewed annually. To keep your Wholesale Customer Status active, at least 1 order has to be received every 6 months. Jas Fashion reserves the right to suspend/cancel your wholesale customer status at any time. 

Payment:

All sales to Australia-based businesses/destinations are subject to 10% GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment must be received and cleared before the order can be shipped.

Please choose carefully as we do not exchange or refund.

The deposit is not refundable should the customer decide to cancel the order.

Wholesale Conditions of Goods

All wholesale items are sold in the original factory condition in their wholesale packs. Jas Fashion doesn't inspect each item when we process the orders. Should you like the wholesale items to be examined individually by breaking the original wholesale packaging, please get in touch with Jas Fashion as soon as the order is placed so that the inspection can be done on your behalf. Customers are responsible for the labour cost. 

Shipping: 

We are Sydney based. All prices marked are FOB Lidcombe NSW prices. Wholesale customers are responsible for arranging their own courier companies to pick up their orders once they are ready to be picked up. 
If we would like Jas Fashion to ship your orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs for all wholesale orders. For all our domestic wholesale customers, the postage is estimated and pre-charged based on the per-order value at checkout.  We will credit/debit your account after your order is processed, should the actual postage against the estimated postage be ±$5. 

Return Policy (Wholesale Customer):

All wholesale and bulk orders are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed. We do not accept returns from wholesale/bulk order customers.
Please report faulty items within 7 working days of receipt of stock for replacement. 
If items are repairable or saleable at a reduced price, Jas Fashion will offer a partial store credit. 
Alternatively, please return the faulty items to our warehouse for replacement(s) or store credit. 
If the faulty items are to be sent back to us, wholesale customers are responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products.  
For any returned faulty items, a store credit will be issued if no replacement is available in stock. 

Procedure for Resolving Quantity Discrepancies

In the event of a discrepancy in quantity received, wholesale customers are required to adhere to the following procedure:

Immediately return all items to their original packaging upon discovery of the discrepancy.
Provide photographic or video evidence demonstrating the incorrect quantity of items received.
Failure to comply with these procedures may result in delays or limitations in resolving the discrepancy.

Store Credit

Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. The validity date of store credit cannot be extended. 
If the Store Credit is unused, it will not be redeemable after 12 months. Store Credit cannot be changed to a cash refund.

All the images on our website are authorized to be used by the models and their agents by Jas Fashion only.   Jas Fashion is not responsible for any legal dispute due to the unauthorized use of the images of the models.
