Is it GST free when my order is to be sent to an overseas country?

YES, GST free.  All our listed prices are 10% GST inclusive.  When you check out, when you enter an overseas address, the charged prices will be reduced to GST free prices (i.e. 10% off).  For example, a hat listed at AUD11 will be AUD10 when you check out.
