Constructed of 100% sinamay straw, featuring a pretty flower formed by 10 hand rolled loops and 4 leaves, accented with shooting out feathers and strings of beads, this exquisite fascinator can be attached onto your head with either a clip or a headband (both are provided).  The fascinator can slide on the headband so that it can be placed on the side of your head or high on the top of your head.
