The Short Wavy Hair Halo Headband – Kathy is a lightweight and comfortable way to create the appearance of natural hair beneath hats, turbans and beanies. Designed especially for women experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia or other causes, Kathy provides natural-looking hair coverage around the nape and sides of the head without the need to wear a full wig.

Short Wavy Hair for Natural-Looking Coverage

The softly layered, wavy hair measures approximately 15 cm when fully straightened. The hair extends across approximately 25 cm around the back of the neck, providing coverage from behind one ear to behind the other for most women.

This makes Kathy  particularly suitable for women who want natural-looking hair around the nape and sides of the head while wearing a hat, turban, beanie or other suitable headwear.

Comfortable and Stretchable Halo Headband

The hair is securely sewn onto a soft, stretchable headband that sits snugly around the head. The flexible design is suitable for head circumferences of approximately 50–58 cm, making it comfortable and size-friendly for a wide range of women.

Unlike a full wig, the open-top halo design leaves the top of the head uncovered, helping to reduce unnecessary warmth and bulk when worn underneath a hat, turban or beanie.

Choosing the Right Hat Size

Important: Wearing the Kathy Halo Hair Headband adds approximately 3 cm to your effective head circumference.

When purchasing a hat to wear over the halo hair headband, we recommend measuring your natural head circumference and adding approximately 3 cm when selecting your hat size.

For example, if your natural head circumference is 55 cm, choose a hat suitable for a head circumference of approximately 58 cm.
