Constructed of 100% sinamay straw, featuring 3 hand rolled loops and 2 roses sitting next to each other, accented with shooting out feathers and netting, this exquisite fascinator / hatinator has a round base with one side upturned. Accompanying this beautiful fascinator, are a detachable clip and a detachable headband.  The fascinator can slide on the headband so that it can be placed on the side of your head or high on the top of your head.
