Can I donate an unsuitable item instead of returning it?

Yes. For eligible returns, you may be able to donate an unsuitable item instead of returning it to Jas Fashion.

Pre-approval from Jas Fashion is required before making any donation. Please contact us with your order details and the item(s) you wish to donate. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and whether your proposed receiving organisation is approved.

Approved donations must be made to a recognised organisation, such as a hospital, cancer support centre, wig library, charity or other organisation supporting people experiencing hair loss.

Once an approved donation has been completed and acceptable proof provided, Jas Fashion may offer a 50% refund of the item value under our donation return initiative.
