What proof do I need to provide for a donated item?

After receiving pre-approval from Jas Fashion and completing the donation to the approved organisation, please provide reasonable proof that the donation has been made.

Acceptable proof may include:

• A donation receipt or acknowledgement from the approved organisation
• An email or written confirmation from the organisation
• A photo showing the item being donated to or received by the organisation
• Other reasonable evidence that clearly identifies the receiving organisation and confirms the donation

Please include your order number when providing your proof.

Once the donation has been verified and all requirements of the approved donation arrangement have been met, the applicable 50% refund of the item value will be processed.

Please note: Donations made without prior approval from Jas Fashion may not qualify for a refund under this initiative.
