International Parcel Delivery Due to COVID-19

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions within international destinations due to COVID-19.

Australia Post has been our major courier company for our international parcels in the last 10 years.

Australia Post is working hard to keep delivering during these difficult times. Since the end of March, due to COVID-19 Pandemic, they have been experiencing significant international delivery delays to all destinations due to limited flights and government restrictions as well as increased parcel volumes.

We have been notified by Australia Post that they 're working with partner airlines and other postal operators from around the world to move parcels as quickly as possible.

Australia Post has introduced a number of service suspensions where they are unable to move parcels due to airport closures, no available airline capacity and where there are known major delivery issues within international destinations. Service suspension information is available on auspost.com.au and this information is updated regularly.  

If an order’s destination country is a country to which Australia Post can not provide service, Jas Fashion may try other available couriers such as Sendles.  Alternatively, we may have to cancel your order if your order is urgent.
According to Australia Post, pleasingly, delivery service to United Kingdom, and New Zealand has improved, as airline capacity becomes available.

While the United States of America remains a challenge, Australia Post is working through the items on hand to ensure that customers receive their deliveries as soon as possible. Australia Post is in regular contact with the United States Postal Service and is currently prioritizing Express parcels - where airline capacity becomes available.
