Order Dispatching Delayed Due to Australia Post API Outage

Dear customers,

Since this morning, Australia Post eParcel system has experienced API technical issues, which are intermittently impacting our parcel lodgement services.  

We usually can process all our orders the same day or the 2nd working day but due to this technical problem, we were unable to send your order out today. 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. 

Fingers crossed that the system can start to run by tomorrow.  

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is sent out.
