Dear customers,
As severe weather conditions in New South Wales and Queensland continue, we want to give you an update on delivery times. The following message is based on the information we received from Australia Post and our courier companies.
Order Delivery delays due to the floods in NSW and QLD
The extreme weather is impacting how quickly Australia Post and our other couriers can transport parcels via the network. This means deliveries may take longer than usual in NSW and QLD to some areas.
Local road closures and access issues will also affect delivery times in flood-affected areas, with limited delivery to some postcodes. Click here for the latest information on impacted delivery areas or visit https://auspost.com.au/
Jas Fashion is processing our customers’ orders in a timely manner as usual, but parcels to the flood impacted areas may take longer than expected as our couriers and Australia Post find safe alternative routes for our staff while dangerous road conditions persist.
Post Office closures
As soon as your order is sent out on its way to you, we will send a tracking number to you via email. We encourage you to check your parcel movements closely. If your address is your local PO Box address, please redirect your parcel online, if your area is impacted by the floods.

While delivery delays are likely, rest assured our courier companies and Australia post are doing what we can to keep things moving as quickly and safely as they can during these extreme conditions.
Are you impacted by the floods?
Australia Post is anticipating a spike in undeliverable mail due to the impacts of the floods on their network. So, if you have been displaced from your home as a result of the floods, we encourage you to nominate an alternative delivery address by completing the Mail Redirection form which is available in Post Offices. This service will be provided to affected customers free of charge for up to 12 months.
